Is Solvi a quoting tool or an MES?
Both, plus the Job Board. The instant quote engine, the workflow MES and the overflow network run as one system, so an order flows from the public quote page to the station floor to the shipping dock without re-entry.
Does it work if we are not a 3D printing shop?
The system was built for MJF and SLS bureaus and that is where it is proven. CNC, sheet metal and injection molding shops use the Job Board today, and instant quoting for those processes is in development.
Where does it run?
AWS public or government cloud, or a private deployment for sensitive customers. Solvi holds no customer part files outside your tenant.
